    Search for what you want, e.g. Cafe in San Jose, CA to see all related offers.

    Visit the offer detail page to learn more about the offer that most interests you.

    Click on the 'Buy' button on the offer page to proceed to check out and get your Trubate.

    Print your Trubate.

    Visit the merchant to redeem your Trubate and enjoy a great deal!

  • Are deals available only for a day?

    Our deals do not have a fixed availability period. Each of our deals have a quantity limit set by the merchant and will be available until sold out.

  • Why do you limit the quantity available on each deal?

    We offer limited quantities of each deal based on merchant capacity to make sure you have a good experience with the merchant.

  • How can I use a Trubate I bought?

    Please print your Trubate and follow the instructions on your printout to redeem. You can always view your past transactions and print your Trubates by going to the "My Trubates" tab after logging into your account.

  • How do I gift a deal?

    Step 1: Click on the "buy" button and go to the checkout page.

    Step 2: Click on the Want to gift this? icon. Then on the popup frame, enter the name of the recipient and optional items such as gift message and recipient's email address and click on 'Save'. If you would like to buy for another recipient, click on the 'Buy another gift' link and enter relevant information.

    Step 3: Complete checkout with payment information.

    Note: The price paid for the deal is not reflected in the gift voucher or email.

  • What is Trubux?

    Trubux is credit added to a user's account. This credit can be used towards any future Trubate purchases.

  • Is my information secure?

    We take your privacy seriously; please read our privacy policy for details. We utilize 256-bit Secure Socket Layer encryption with extended validation (EV SSL) to protect your credit card transaction.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Trubates are non-refundable.

  • How can I feature my business on Trubates?

  • How can I contact Trubates support?

  • I am unable to print my Trubate.

    Some browsers (like IE7) have trouble printing PDF. Please try the following and if you still cannot print your Trubate contact us at support@trubates.com

    1. Login to your account and go to your 'My Trubates' tab.
    2. Select 'Print as image' from the drop-down menu to print your voucher as an image.
      3. or
    3. Select 'Print' from the drop-down menu and click on 'Go', then click on 'Save' on the pop-up displayed. This will save the voucher to your computer which can then be printed directly from your computer.

  • I bought a Trubate and cannot find it now.

    Please log in to your account and go to your 'My Trubates' tab to see and print your Trubates. Please make sure you login with the same email address that you used to purchase the Trubate.
